I really like the sound of this song. It's a wonderful video and has a beautiful message. For the past few years Tom has dropped an inspirational song around Christmas as his present to us. A couple of years ago it was Angels, last year it was Ghost, this year it's Stronger Version. OMG! Been waiting for your Reaction!!! Tom MacDonald is amazing. Put himself out their for the world to see. Good or Bad. "Sober" He takes ACCOUNTABILITY for his all the Bad Decisions he's made. "Angles" He talks about HUNDERSTANDING of how he got to where he was. "Stronger Version" He's learning to FORGIVE himself. Can't Move on till you do all 3. BTW "Angles" is one of my favorite song. The symbolism of the daisy's growing in the video is that the old version of him is dead and "pushing up daisy's" and now his new version gets to enjoy the beautiful flowers that surround him.

Great reaction. It’s empowering seeing how far Tom Has come in his life choices and career. It’s a proud feeling I have for his success with his sobriety and finding that inner peace. Definitely an anthem song most of us can relate to. Ps love the NF poster in the back , I need one !

Today is day 14 for me. I stopped drinking (again) after 30 years and the last 20 being the worst. This feels different and I'm not going to get into why but I stopped cold turkey. It's not for everyone. I worked every day I was going through detox (still am). I can say a few things about going through and coming out on the other side. 1) first day I literally couldn't walk. My legs were so bad NY son had to walk me from my car to the door to my room. My hands were shaking unctrollably. I felt ok other than that. Then I threw up a few times. Day 2 threw up when I woke up and that was it. Drank water all day still shaky but ok. Day 3 not a lot of shakiness but balance was way off Took til day 6 to finally stop walking as badly looking more like a drunk when I wasn't drinking than when I was.. last night I was itching so bad I went into my son's room, he has long fingernails, and he scratched my back for so long he couldn't keep his arm up anymore. The pain felt better than the itching. In the meantime, I have quadrupled my hours working. Made more than I have in a very long time and continue to do so.we had to buy a car, I got it, had to catch up on bills, I got it, fiance needs help for the rest of the month, I got it. Last night I told my boys who still are in disbelief I quit and have zero desire to go back (only by God's grace, I'm begging all who struggle to just ask Him for help and then listen, it may not be a voice it may be a feeling or something in your way but there will be something then just follow) and I told them I never want to have to go through this again and drinking is never an option for me again Praise God and all of you In the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ

Please check out Posthumous Forgiveness by Tame Impala one day. It's a song about the singer's father and struggling with closure after his death due to their relationship while he was around. It's a synth pop song.
