I learned 4 days ago that my biological sister had ended her own life. Today is day 4 of absolutely no sleep. I can’t even feel right now, I can’t get her out of my mind and I don’t want to. I miss her, she was my best friend. This song was her favorite and this exact video was what we used to play on the radio while driving late at night. I miss my sister so fucking much but this song makes me feel like she is right here next to me. I’m not sure who I’m even rambling to, I’m just hurting.

i almost cried but i cant, i got too used to hiding the pain, now when i am about to cry my body just shakes. I used to cry when people hit me, not because it hurt physically its because it hurt mentally. i wondered why they would hit me when all i did was try help. i tried... I tried my best yet they would try hurt me. I know I could beat them up but I would never hurt anyone, they call me names cuz I don't fight back, but "darkness cant drive out darkness only light can do that." M.L.K.
