Just gonna talk about something that makes me cry a bit, the current situation im in, im scared im falling in love with my friend, and im not sure what to do and it breaks my heart. Moving in with him? Best decision ever, last night, we both fell asleep together on the futon, though he stayed up for awhile and through my sleep i remember the feeling of his hands stroking my hair and occasionally my face and back, i remember him pulling up the blanket to cover me up, i remember him asking me if i was ok after a night terror, i remember when I would move a bit and he would pull me closer, his warm hands wrapped around me, i remember his mouth sitting so close to mine, i remember squinting while i was falling asleep and just seeing his eyes explore my face, a small smile plastered across his face. He had been acting strange the night before, compliments, saying he had thoughts about me but hey werent bad and I would find out later, the eye contact becoming more often. His blue eyes locking with mine as giggles escaped our lips. A feeling of freedom overcoming me, the way he let me fall asleep on his lap this morning, and he just watched me slept and left me to be peaceful. It made me feel so embarassed when i woke up in the morning i said "youre not supposed to know what i look like when i fall asleep and wake up" And he says "you say that as if I wasnt staring at your sleeping face for hours last night" i shot back at him saying "you could have woken me up and let me go to the bedroom" and he said "No! Its not like I didnt enjoy it" I now have no fear when it comes to cuddling against him, it's instinct to me at this point, my heart just knows thats what i'm supposed to do, his shoulder is one I've cried on, smiled on, and felt so safe on. His hugs brong a sense of security like none other, he is the friend ive needed for a long time, and now that i finally have him its hard to imagine letting him go ever.
