Hey, I am doing a breathing technique at the moment where I inhale through the nose for 3 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds & exhale through the mouth for 6 seconds. It helps me feel more relaxed & settles anxiety. Repeat if for as long as you need until you feel more relaxed 👌🏻
