Tom Wilson receives congratulatory messages after being named recipient of Caps Care Community Award 

The Capitals named Tom Wilson the recipient of the Inaugural Caps Care Community award for his work off the ice. He received messages of congratulations from those he’s impacted through his charity, Forty Three’s Friends.
