I prefer to use fresh garlic instead of roasted or confit.. My preferred butter is harissa butter on prawns or cafe de Paris on steak or roasted chicken under the skin.... Great work!!!
@remmygordon269 Crack if you don't know something don't talk about it. Because the red in the meat is not blood but myoglobin, a hemoprotein that is responsible for giving the meat that characteristic red color. And what comes out of the meat is not blood either but the juices of the meat. The meat was already bled in the slaughterhouse when they caught the animal and cut it up to deliver it to the stores where you bought the meat. Also. Red meats like beef can't be cooked too much on the inside because they lose their juices and the meat dries out. But of course, it's normal that Americans don't know how to cook if they cook everything with butter and don't know how to cook a piece of meat using only salt and pepper.
I think he cuts into them way too soon sometimes. Let that thing rest a few minutes. A steak keeps cooking for 5+ minutes after it comes off the grill/pan. In all fairness though, he's cooking in a blizzard half the time so I don't fault Cuso too much lol

@@Black_Aces aaah... I see! And same here! The only time I've had dried out steak was when I hadn't learned the art of cooking a 'well done', juicy steak... My mom waa such an epic cook.. us kids even grew up loving liver n onions! We didn't know that most hated liver or that they could be dry n not enjoyable! 😱 Lol ..her liver dish was butter soft, seasoned beautifully n flavourful... served w gravy, onions n veggies. Yum! Now I'm hungry! Lol
Beef is very healthy you should start eating more of it, instead of processed garbage but if you don't like the taste you can also try mutton or pork, and make it a large part of your diet
Meat is what your diet should mostly consist of, not fruit or processed shit, but I admit that my diet is mostly carbs and I should eat more red and white meat
