Back in the early 70s when school was out for the summer, we would rush to the San Francisco Bay by our house and catch Leopard Sharks like that all day long.
Great video man. Were you fishing low tide? How’s the hike to that beach? I’ve got minor knee problems, wondering if I could make it. is it very steep or difficult? Can you take a cart / wagon down it? Thanks! Tight lines bro!
Squid / anchovy pro cure with magic string to keep it on, make sure you set drag super low and then tighten once they run. Both shakes and rays just take off..
We use a sinker slider setup with 60-80 mono. Squid works best. I wrap it in magic string and fill it with anchovie pro cure. If you go to that spot cast right past the kelp bed. Make sure your drag is set low and watch them take off. Most of the times they will hook themselves and just run.
@@averageanglers7075 thanks bro keep the videos coming it's gonna be my first time shark fishing. I'm going this Wednesday and is lawson landing a good place to fish for leopard sharks?
@@chaiithan139 we have been trying to make videos recently just haven’t been on the fish in the new kayaks. Kevin and I got Outback hobies. So thanks the support
walter fung you don’t know how to type. Who uses uppercase. Lmao. If you knew anything, you’d know 2 people fishing that day were both new to fishing, but I don’t see your RU-vid channel with your catches. I guess people that don’t know what they are doing just get lucky and catch shark all day. NEXT!
