Today’s beef stew is a simple yet hearty dish featuring tender beef short rib, brisket, and tomatoes, paired with onions, mushrooms, garlic, and a splash of red wine. The combination of rich beef with sweet tomatoes and aromatic herbs felt like the perfect comforting meal.
In my version, I kept it uncomplicated, using just a few key ingredients to let the natural flavors of the beef and vegetables stand out. The result is a delicious, slow-cooked stew with a depth of flavor. This recipe is straightforward and satisfying, perfect for when you want something warm and filling.
My drawing is inspired by an anime named "Delicious in Dungeon," also called "Dungeon Meshi." It's an anime about a daring group of adventurers who cook dungeon monsters to survive while rescuing their leader's sister from a dragon!
