After you've attached the ruffles to the pipe cleaners did you say you added more ruffles around the cage or did you add more pipe cleaner to the cage.

Good information but definitely need better video. You cut off the top instructions, and the rolling of the scrunchies. Doesn't help newbies. Need to hang a sheet or something for a background.
