Namastey Maam , Im also fond of cooking so to expland i started watching many cooking shows of popular chefs' in TVs & RU-vid , by look only it appears very nice but the ingredients they used some we didnt kno the name so how ll find them !! this was very well explianed.....I saw it an hour ago and made it exactly the way you have so patiently recorded the steps required.....IT IS TASTING DELICIOUS ...AND LOOKS SO TEMPTING .....I don;t think it'll last me a week.....we could be finishing it over with stuffed paranthas too !!! Nisha ji dhanyavaad - ye recipe bahut hi badhiya hai aur swaasthya-laabhkaari bhi evam jo log madhumeh hone ki wajah se nariyal ya moongfali ki chutney nahin kha sakte, wo zarur ise kha sakte hain bejhijhak , ab unhe dosa / idli chutney-rahit khaane ki zarurat nahin. Har recipe ke ant mein aapke tips bhi bahut kaam ke siddh hote hain. Ek baar fir se aabhaar :) :)
