I tried with the double portion of ur given measurements and at starting one or two dosa was tough to take fully but it dosen't stick to pan and rest of all the dosas came out very well and I added ginger garlic paste which was not in ur recipe it gave such a nice aroma while roasting and an extra taste while eating thank you once again for such a nice recipe
For preparing tomoto dosa, even maida flour 2 tsp can be added instead wheat flour it will cone out ver well. Thank you hebbar's kitchen for such a yummy receipes. Keep rocking. Happy diwali to all friends.

@@hesitaaskitchen4184 ..pan made of iron..just the normal one..grease your pan with oil and pour the batter at the minimum heat...batter will stick if the pan is too hot..dosa takes time we have to be little patient while making the dosas😊
I c many people commenting its stickin to tawa.tis is similar to rava /ragi dosa,batter shld b runny/watery in consistency if thick it wil take too long to cook u hav to wait until it gets cooked then only it wil come out without stickin.if its stickin means its not cooked yet !!and pour on high heat&well greased pan! Tis is frm my experience hope it helps

So yeah tawa has to be hot. The batter has to be as watery as mentioned in the video. The tomato puree has to be super smooth. Dont do the classic rotating technic for spreading dosa. Just one quick pour . Use smaller spoon so u use lesser batter for each dosa. Dont fill the holes. Make sure it is super thin and u can close it for 10 seconds. No need of Non stick. Just be mindful of time each dosas take to cook golden brown. Gosh I should be getting a master degree for mastering this Dosa
On watching this video, i got water in my mouth but after trying this water came out of my eyes. Everything was wasted. Dosa loved tava rather than me so, sticked there itself. Felt so bad ☹️☹️☹️
Mene bhi try kiya breakfast par pehla Sambhar chatni banayi phir dosa try kiya par chipak gaya dosa tava par phir kya tha husband to roti banake de diya sambhar aur chatni ke sath

Aap non stick tawa pr try kijiye yaa jo regular tawa h usko garam ho jane pr half tea spoon se bhi km tel daaliye aur turant thoda sa paani dal dijiye tawa aawaj krrga thoda sa garam tel pr thanda pani डालने pr lekin tawa poori taraha se non stick ho jayega
After reading comments i was bit confused whether to make it or not however i tried and failed in first two attempts.after this i applied very little oil on my non stick pan when it was on a very low heat and then i poured the batterin a very low heat pan .and then i turned flame high and my dosa came out without any effort. You can follow exact recipe if you pour batter on a low heat pan.
Hi I have been becoming a great fan of yours.Your udupi rasam recipe is delicious.I have a small suggestion pl donot use non stick cookware.Our traditional way of using iron and brass kadais are always the best.
