Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 700ml vegetable stock
- 100g dried red lentils
- 400g (1 tin) chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
