At 1:21:50, that looked like pockets of Wurm Blood, the yellowish green stuff, if you drink it, your screen with get groovy and you will be able to see in the Impenetrable Darkness areas.

I played it before, he’s not good but most of his fails were cause he’s actually just getting a lot of the garbage stuff, example: the giga disc one shot move boomerangs automatically and is pulled to you
