Tomato Pulao Recipe in Telugu | టమోటా పులావ్ రెసిపీ 😋
Recipe:
🍅 Tomato puree:
🍅In a mixer jar add 10 garlic pods, 3 green chillies,
5 small tomatoes sliced and 1/2 spoon rock salt and grind it into puree and keep aside.
🍅Now place a pressure cooker on stove and heat should be in medium flame.
🍅Now add 4 spoons oil, 1 spoon ghee and little bit of whole biryani spices as shown in video and saute for 30 seconds on medium heat.
🍅Now add 5 green chillies sliced, 3 onions sliced and bunch of curry leaves and saute for another 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.
🍅Now add 1/2 spoon rock salt and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder and mix until raw smell goes off.
🍅After that add 5 small tomatoes sliced and saute for another 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.
🍅Now add the tomato puree and saute for another 3 minutes on medium heat.
🍅Now add 3 glasses of cleanly washed rice and mix well.
🍅Now add 6 glasses of water and mix well.
🍅Once check the salt and adjust salt according to your taste.
🍅Now add bunch of coriander leaves and mix well.
🍅Now close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles. After 2 whistles turn off the stove and leave it for 5 minutes.
🍅After 5 minutes open the pressure cooker lid.
🍅 That's it tasty tasty Tomato Pulao is ready to eat 😋
