You can easily make tomato soup at home with the same taste as what you eat in restaurants. It is quite easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
-Olive oil - 3 tbsp
-Flour - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 tbsp
-Garlic - 1 clove (or garlic powder - 1 tsp)
- Tomatoes - 450 g (about 4-5 pieces)
-Sugar powder - 2 tsp
- Water - 1 l
-Milk - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
- Salt
-Holland cheese
- crouton
Preparation:
1. Tomatoes are peeled and chopped.
2. Olive oil is added to the pot and heated.
3. Flour is added and fried.
4. After about 1 minute, garlic is added and fried.
5. Add tomato paste and fry well.
6. Add chopped tomatoes and mix.
7. After a little roasting, sugar powder is added.
8. After roasting for 2-3 minutes, add water and boil.
9. After boiling for about 5-10 minutes, milk is added. (if the milk is cold, it should be added by mixing quickly so that the milk does not rot, or you can heat the milk and add it at once).
10. After adding milk, add salt and boil for about 10 more minutes.
11. The finished soup is passed through a blender.
12. The soup thickens as it remains. Therefore, it is better to wait for 30 minutes.
When serving, it is served with Dutch cheese and crackers.
