Good video!! I live in a mobile home. My bedroom gets very warm. I grew yellow cherry tomatoes in my south facing bedroom window. All in 4 gallon buckets. My fruit production was weak. Im a rookie at this and im sure the plants needed nutrition. On the other hand in the coldest part of winter i had beautiful plants to admire.
I had a great winter of enjoying tomatoes grown hydroponically in my grow tent. Just harvested a couple red siberian tomatoes yesterday! Still can't beat the flavor of a tomato grown outdoors.
I get jealous every time I watch one of your videos on hydroponics. It's definitely on my bucket list. I am curious why you can't replicate the great tomato taste indoors though.
I doubt the lettuce and spinach did that much harm. If the tomato plant is that thin and tries to grow up, it's just lack of light and heat. You can try with some of the halogen lamps.
I’m guessing you are asking about the self wicking container that I planted in. It contains a water reservoir made of empty soda cans and a float to make sure that it is never over filled so that there is always an air space.
