It's always nice to check my old levels after a long time to see how much I improved over the years. This was my latest release. It got build in Dxtre3d but the level had too many textures to be playable. Not to mention the "Too many portals" crashes with the snowmobile. So textures and lights were placed with an additional program to avoid the "Too many textures" crash . It gives you almost like unlimited texture space but on the downside it's impossible to edit the geometry afterwards unless you want to place everything again for several times which is way too exhausting if you only want to change a shape of a block for example.... I textured the level more than 4 times in total. FUN FACT: There wasn't a single switch or lever in this level. It also makes me happy to see people still sharing the same passion for TR2 after all those years. There will be one last TR2 level from my side made with Dxtre3d. Might be released the next months if all goes well
After the release of your final TR2 level in DXTRE3D. If there's more to come in the future. Try to use Tomb Editor. I heard it's way more easier and have more texture amount to use. Anyway, I am excited to see your next TR2 level. Keep it up 😊💯
I thought I could just jump into the water lol and here 26:08. Nothing goes beyond the bell. I thought that was the way I was supposed to go because I see the water. But it's too high then I found it's.... not deep enough .... lol
That jump at 9:31 made me feel like shit... I don´t remember playing such a challenger level of the classic Tomb Raider for so long! I had to use your walkthrough to disblock the path. Nice job! I loved the Untold Adventure too
@@stevenPCGaming Finally made it thanks. I'm using a newer keyboard and END is no longer by my directional arrows. Makes it hard to smoothly make that twist jump.
