Playing all mainline games from the Tomb Raider Franchise back-to-back over 6 weeks, Mondays & Wednesdays around 9am-6pm EST and Fridays around 5-11pm EST.
Purpose: Analyzing how gaming has changed over the last 30 years.
Hypothesis: Tomb Raider is an underrated franchise. It is rarely seen as a "Most Notable" or "Top 10" game even though it's high-quality for the action-adventure genre. Although it is balanced, it doesn't push innovative bounds in any specific area, which is why it's consistently overlooked (for now).
Estimated Timeline:
Days 1-6: Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered
Day 7: Tomb Raider Revelations, Chronicles, Angel of Darkness (not full--just testing to get a feel for the differences)
Days 8-9: Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Day 10: Tomb Raider: Legend
Days 11-12: Tomb Raider: Underworld
Days 13-14: Tomb Raider (2013)
Days 15-17: Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration
Days 18-20: Shadow of the Tomb Raider
