Saw an interview with John Gray and he said the reason he left North's for Manly ( for believe it or not less money) was because North's had no vision. Bishop has basically said the same thing. Ron Willey got North's to the semis and had a blue with some twit in North's management who objected to Willeys coaching style. And North's still blame Manly for their downfall.
