The "don't you remember you told me you loved me baby" scene I was so thankful I was home renting instead of at the movies because I laughed uncontrollably! That's probably the only time watching a scene where when I got through laughing I said to myself tg I'm not at the movie theater. That's 1 of my all time favorites & the way Spade & Farley did the build up of at first saying the song was lame but secretly liking it was just so good, then the cut away then back to the two of them singing it with feeling :) . Just brilliant comedy!
My husband and I went to the theater for this and we laughed all the way through. But everyone was howling loudly in the theater. So you would have been fine.
I also love it when Rob Lowe says "is there anything to do in this town BESIDES eat ??" 😂😂 I do that to people when we're driving and passing a shit ton of restaurants
I completely agree with it being the greatest. But there are moments where what happens is kind of a stretch. The cool thing is it doesn't do one thing to detract from the comedy and the heart. And that is the mark of a wonderful movie.
That last skit you'd could see the tears in the guys eyes from holding in his laughter as Chris burned those cars. What a treat to have worked with him. We miss you buddy ❤️
5:10-5:28 actually kinda makes me sad. Classic Farley and Spade. Never see that again. Same with the come on Iline song as well. And the. end of the world part.
This is one of those movies that can never be recreated, I first saw this when I was 7 (2006) and it will be a movie I watch untill I’m 80, regardless of the quality, Chris Farley and David spade are a comedic legend

David Spade delivers some of the best lines in this movie, like when they’re driving and Chris is annoying David and he just says “Are you talking?” LMAO Also, when he pulls off the clip on tie from Chris and he says “it’s a clip on!” “Ha are you sure?” There are so many more to list but it would take me forever
