@@ilikechicken5524 Sure but Billionaires are not going to keep 2-3 Billion in bank accounts because it wont make them any money. They would make a crap ton more money in real estate or the stock market and even if they get taxed like crazy it would prob be more than the interest in an offshore bank account.
