majority of big dealerships leave their cars unlocked during work hours because then customers can sit inside and get a feel without having to constantly ask for keys and lose them and pay 300 dollars to replace them. so when you have a wireless tab like this guy does you plug ur tab into obd2 and walk around "looking at other cars" while programming a new key. then take that key home with you and u can pull up at 2 am and just unlock it and drive away in 2 seconds with ur key

Even Upstate NY in cities like Binghamton, Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany, and Elmira these are places with over a 50% white population but are some of the most dangerous cities in New York State

Agent, the whole vin process is similar to how we smog cars in CA. We use a car that would pass and place it as the car that didn’t pass. So on paper it “passed.” I’ve also heard of some forcing the OBD2 to pass the car. Essentially, it works unless an actual inspection into the vehicle took place. If a cop is riding behind you, they’ll most likely just check you out and if you’re good on “paper” then he’ll drive off. Sometimes you do get cops in certain areas that do pull you over and then it’s a pain in the ass cause now it’s become a huge issue and your car getting towed. Had homies lose cars like this but it’s just how it is.
15:12 technically legally, it would be a vin to a similar chassis, or a wrecked version of that car that was not reported most of the time. If a cop pulls you over everything in the car matches up, and if you have it in your name/ business even better. But most people aren’t doing it this way. They’re just driving with temp tags, which is why you’ve seen so many cars get taken
Lmao I worked a dealership for 5 years and let me tell you THAT shit was a wild ride. so many stories, some guy sold us 2 cars and a year later the cars are back on a flatbed. customer got arrested for driving a stolen car, and the other customer's car got confiscated. bro on the run in Florida last I heard.

Theres deff a market for stolen cars and they’re normally sold 50% off, with title and vin washed, but its like cocain, you have to know a guy who’s plugged in. Most times people have a friend at the dmv who puts the paperwork for the title threw.
I feel like going on heists would be fun and thrilling just getting caught would be hell then it’s all over but the lifestyle would be so fucking fun depending how you do things
