This has always frustrated me. I am a collector of fight films and I must confess, I didn't even know this existed. But the frustrating part is this; All you hear the modern fan talk about is how crude ALL fighters were from this time period. But I see two boys in there that knew EXACTLY what they were doing. The jabs were crisp, the footwork good, the guard was up when it needed to be and the infighting outstanding. Either of these boys, obviously Gibbons for sure, would have been just fine today. I absolutely seen more out of Gibbons than I did earlier this year when alvarez lost to Bivol. alvarez looked clueless, these boys didn't. By the way, Jack Dempsey once said that the greatest fistic display he ever seen was a Greb victory over Gibbons. Dempsey lived into the 1980's and seen everyone up until then. This is a treasure and I am glad I finally got to see it.
