It´s actually a cover of a cover. Jennifer Rush co-wrote this song in 1984 and released it on her album. Celine made a good version but I will always prefer Jennifers unique voice on this song.

I love the way Tommy takes a pop song and turns it into a rock song (ballad in this case, but rock nonetheless). And the fact that he can hit the high notes and even go beyond the originals in many cases is just amazing. He's freakin' awesome! Yeah, we've noticed your "Tommy crush" by now... I get it, but I'm fortunate to have an amazing guy in my life already 😉. And we're blessed with 2 daughters. I still enjoy Tommy's work. Dragged my boyfriend to his first (and my 3rd) Sabaton concert a couple of weeks ago. It was a blast!🤘😄 Great reaction and thanks for the entertainment!😄 (Yes, we saw Tommy live... I just listened to your reaction to Marcelito Pomoy's cover of this song. Although his voice is stunning, I much prefer this. Tommy sings it as a man and understands the feelings.
Hey Debbie. you say his name wrong... you say Johansen...its Johansson with a press on son in the end. Johansen is more Norwegian, and Tommy is Swedish.

This guy's voice is powerful and strong compare to Marcelito's voice is more feminine like very close to Celine Dion's voice but they are unique in their own ways! It's anybody's preference just my opinion..
Hey, I've got to be honest. (I'm Dutch and we are known to be rude and direct, but it's just honesty). I really l really don't like Celine Dion's songs or her. But your reaction made it bearable.
Just some info for you. Celine's was the 3rd cover of Jennifer Rush's "Power of Love". Before her it was done (in a gender reversed cover) by Air Supply and then by Laura Brannigan. The Dion version though is probably the most well known cover. Not giving you grief about it, just sharing info.
