I was there. His whole set was pre-recorded for sure. It was all about the show and the crazy visuals, everything was pre-programmed just for the show. My assumption is that he wants to keep it a secret just because his shows would be boring anyways.
pre-recorded or planned? because that's different. many DJs have a set list of songs they are going to play for their sets, so that the visual crew know what visuals to do.
You can believe me, I know what I'm talking about! This set was 100% pre-recorded. On the picture, you can see a camera on the left side of the booth. Sometimes it showed his face en the decks on the screen. The master on deck 1 was the one which was open all the time. And the visuals did fit his set to well, I have never seen any visuals fit a set so well. It was near inpossible!
