You are absolutely correct about many of the reviewers on IMDb as well as the silent film newsgroups(I have nothing to do with these people anymore.) One doctor needed Preparation H because he needed a hemorrhoid operation and was spending way to much time in the bathroom after his wife booted him our of the house

Yes, I know this doctor.This poor guy still does not get out of the bath and his friend, also a crazy doctor, recently joined him.That's how they sit together and steam their hemorrhoids.The wife, once again convinced of the insanity of her hubby,cut her hair bald and ran away with an old oblique clown..They were last seen in the distant forests of Siberia.
