Fantastic playing, wonderful demo. Really appreciate the no nonsense approach. Curious if you attempted to jump the Rhythm and Lead inputs yet? Would be awesome to hear some tones there as I’ve yet to be able to find a demo of it. I sense this little amp will be in my house soon enough.
Hi thanks! Yes the gremlin has an ext speaker output from there i connected into the speaker cabinets you see under it - Elfring and Friedman. I really like the creamback sound but I have no complaints about the original speaker I think it is very well voiced for this amp
Sounds nice but we can clearly hear a buzz. Where’s that coming from? Guitar single coils? Cheap cable? 60 cycle hum? That noise has to go if this amp is to be used in recording… Richard
Thanks! it is most noticeable when using single coils but I would say the amp does hum when increasing volume/gain, for sure 60 cycle hum can be a factor as well so maybe using an isolated power supply can solve the issue
