Tongues of Fire / Destroying Occultic Powers
"Occultic powers" generally refer to supernatural abilities or practices that are believed to operate outside the realm of conventional understanding or natural laws. These powers are often associated with mystical or esoteric knowledge and practices, and they may include abilities such as clairvoyance, telekinesis, psychic healing, divination, and summoning spirits.
Belief in occultic powers is often found in various cultural and religious contexts, including occult traditions, esotericism, mysticism, and some forms of paganism and spirituality.
1 Corinthians 14:12-13
12 So it is with you. Since you are eager for gifts of the Spirit, try to excel in those that build up the church. 13 For this reason the one who speaks in a tongue should pray that they may interpret what they say.
God has granted salvation and He wants you to be saved if you are not already saved.
How To Be Saved:
The Dilemma of Life
All of us may eventually die if Jesus doesn't show up before that time etc, each of us will face judgment from a righteous God, and each of us will either be judged guilty and will spend eternity separated from God in hell, or we will be judged as sinless and righteous and go to heaven.
Hebrews 9:27 - And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment,
Romans 3:23 - for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
The Good News
The good news is that Jesus Christ has offered to save us by making us 100% righteous and sinless before God, as He took upon Himself God’s wrath in the judgment of every single sin of mankind when He died on the cross for us out of His love for us.
Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Realize You Are a Sinner in Need of Saving
To be saved by Christ you must be at the point in your life where you realize that you are an imperfect sinner in need of saving. God is sinless and absolutely righteous, you cannot be in His presence in Heaven without being saved. No human on earth except Jesus Christ lived a life with zero sins.

2. Pray to God each day as the Father requires your attention.
3. Start reading the New Testament, a chapter a day is good and if you feel like reading more you can. It is recommended to start with the book of John.
