Man I love the fact that Andy is showing us the recipes instead of hiding them all away so that people are forced to buy it. Such a transparent move and I respect it so much, shows that the cookbook to him is something to share to the world, not just a quick buck. Fair play to you Andy mate, you're a top bloke.

tomato soup and grilled cheese is one of my go to's when life isn't going my way. easy [im not making soup from scratch like you, admittedly,] and hot and delish.
Why are people so obsessed with "hot, comfort, winter" dishes? I find it odd there's an unwritten rule you can't have a grilled cheese or any other item at any time of the year ..
Lol.. my thought was.. "cold? You don't KNOW.. COLD! Come visit Central/Northern Canada during our winters on a day when we hit -50C!!.. You'll feel COLD 🥶 then!!"... and unfortunately, in the last 5-10 years, with some heatwaves, we have also had days of +45C so I also know how HOT feels!! 🥵 🫠

I love how Andy doesn't try to "spruce things up" - just cooked from scratch with incredible technique using quality ingredients and classic recipes. Especially tomato soup and grilled cheese, people seem to try too hard to make it fancy (my pet peeve is bell peppers in tomato soup, which seems to be very in vogue). This makes me want to eat!
