Wow dude that was amazing! Love the different unmarked units you got. HPD has some pretty dope units, and I’d imagine a lot of those are federal agents too.

Probably because they put 2 small ass lights behind their windows in bright daylight thinking everyone can see them. Budget cuts be hitting them hard 😂
Those pickup trucks (especially at 1:06 and 1:20) are likely Rangers. I have seen a few other videos where they have responded and the have barely visible lights in the grille so my guess is those are them. As others mentioned though, with the federal buildings nearby it could be a mix of rangers/feds or even off-duty SWAT from HPD or surrounding areas high tailing in to assist for something like this.
Absolutely amazing.. So many of those unmarked had almost zero proper lightning, no STANDARD visor bars, rear traffic advisors, that's a 100% accident begging to happen!!!
disagree, im like fairly certain most of those cars were Rangers and feds, they arent patrol cops. They dont need to be a christams tree, but have the lights incase tehy do have to go somehwere urgently@@JOHNSMITH-dc6lr
Lot of federal cops, mean it serious business right there, of course you need to immediately subdue the active shooter and treat like it way wall-to-wall buildings fire for fire service call, but this a police emergency call.
If you’re referring to the high pitched wail, it’s Whelen’s alternate wail. I know that the 295SLSA1 can be programmed to use it, and a couple of other units.
