Sometimes the stresses in this life can get to the point they make you physically ill. In those times especially, as well as everything, it is always best to go to God. God will carry you through if you ask and then lean on God like someone with a cast on their leg leans on a crutch. Let things go. Yeah, it sounds easy, it is a lifelong lesson, but it does work, I know that first hand. You will still have bumps in your road but by leaning on God, the attitude will change and those bumps will be crossed much more comfortably. As todays NDE says, "It will all be okay. It will all be okay."

What a wonderful, compassionate Angel! This is a perfect example of a guardian Angel doing exactly what it's supposed to do: providing comfort and reassurance. This person was immensely blessed by this experience. ❤❤

Makes sense about the memory being unlocked decades later. Plenty of things I forgot about from childhood that suddenly become unlocked in adulthood from random triggers like smells, sounds, sights.

I'm 10 minutes away from Savannah and the hurricane is slowly creeping towards Georgia. Growing up in the central states, this will be my first hurricane and I'm feeling uneasy as I'm clueless to what to expect. I really needed this message ❤ No matter what, I'm going to be okay as will everyone experiencing it. Hey Christy! I said a prayer for you just now. I experienced my first hurricane here in Puerto Vallarta Mexico just hours after we closed and moved into the condo we bought here last year, Oct 10. It was scary. Stay away from glass windows, glass doors etc, close curtains to protect yourself from any glass breakage. I hope it passes easily and you get through it without damage or issues. Big Hugs and let us know when it passes. ❤ Also, put towels at the bottom of doors that may have flooding blowing in.

@josepv Thank you for the advice!! This house has tons of windows, the only room without any is the downstairs powder room, I'll be turning it into mine and the furbabies safe room this evening. You'll definitely feel it, but you'll be away from the center of the storm. Flooding could be an issue if you're anywhere near water - which is probably anywhere that's 10 minutes from Savannah. Be ready to possibly lose power overnight. 🙏

That's so interesting that she remembered after 35 years! Does that also mean if she didn't see the tonsillectomy surgery on TV she would have no memory of her own surgery as a child?

@@fernmartine3772 , the mind tries to "lock away" such overwhelming experiences and pretends to "forget", which in essence simply means to go into perpetual denial. However, sometimes such deeply buried things become spontaneously reaccessible if that memory gets triggered by some seemingly random event. This is what happened to me 40 years after the original event and at the risk of sounding like I was parroting this person's experience here, that's entirely possible and a body of literature supports it. Our minds will always try to return to baseline operation even if that means shutting certain fragments of memory down or being in denial. An experience as traumatizing as this, however, can't ever be completely vanquished, it will come out in one or the other way, by getting ill for example. It's better to learn to face and learn how to live with such things, as taxing as it may be.

Sounds eerily similar to my experience, which I had at about the same age, a bit younger even still. And the contents of my NDE were much different. Other than that, it's as if you had shared my very own experience. Crazy....

When I awoke after my tonsillectomy an old man was standing the foot of my bed with a walker support. He told me the President had been killed. It was Nov. 22, 1963. The news of it was on the TV that day, all day and the next ones too.

I'm so glad to find out I'm not the only one who pitched a fit at her tonsillectomy when being administered ether. That stuff smelled nasty, and they were trying to tell me it would smell like ice cream. Dumb of the medical staff.

@@brantosterloh8789 I don't understand. Isn't shadow banning a practice that the owner of the site uses to block comments from being seen from people they do not want commenting. It allows the person to comment and they see their comment but no one else does.

That was either Jesus or an angel not a Spirit Guide! Stop with the new age talk, its deception! Jesus is the Way, the Truth, the Life and the ONLY way to the Father. And there are only two destinations: heaven or hell, without Christ you will not enter heaven when you die.
