When a man who swallowed balloons full of heroin to smuggle them into the country dies, his partners are determined to retrieve the drugs, even if it means breaking into the morgue and cutting open their friend. After taking Dr. Benoit (Scottie Thompson) and Tony (Michael Weatherly) hostage, the addicts become more and more unhinged and desperate for a fix. Tony takes a beating while Dr. Benoit takes matters into her own hands, literally.
