Im one of the few whose favorite was TH American Wasteland. It was all about taking back the streets from the real estate moguls, skating the most ridiculous things possible, and graffiti on EVERYTHING. It was amazing. There will never be a large enough market for a remake.

American Wasteland was amazing... Underground was the one that stands out the most for me.. first time you could step off the board and walk around... Great memories as a young teen when I bought that game for PS2

The graphics are downgrated from the first footage of the Switch version IGN uploaded 4 months ago, noticed it right away.

Pretty normal for settings to get adjusted throughout development. What we don't see in that sort of heavily curated pre-release footage is where performance issues may have cropped up. Odds are they didn't adjust it just for fun :)

Tempted to double dip (or triple dip, since I own the PSone originals). A, they’re great games updated well. B, I play Switch a lot on my commuter trains here in Japan. C, my wife hogs the TV a lot. Okay. I guess I’ll buy now (as it’s on sale for $21)

Switch is a portable. Just because it can plug in doesn't make it hybrid. U can play portable and never dock to screen.

Decent port.... excellent if you play portable.... avoid and get even the Xbox one or PS4 version instead. Those are better and still have SOME. Online. This game desperately need crossplay

NWR’s reviews are sometimes kinda choppy, i think it’s not reflective of the games’ performance but the recording software/upload to youtube/other factors. Important to note that there’s lots of reasons you won’t always get a a 1:1 stream of the game when you watch a video of it on RU-vid

Imagine taking "rock solid" frame rate as anything definitive from a reviewer. Without frame times don't use that reviewer for frame rate confirmation. NWR is more about gameplay
