Billy's vocals on this track kind of remind me of Bruce Dickinson, especially Bruce's solo track Believil which is a fuckin wicked solo track by a heavy metal musician just like this very track!!!
This is a great track for sure but my favourite Iommi solo track is definitely "Good-Bye Lament" featuring Brian May of Queen and Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters and Nirvana! Great track!!
Billy Idol was / is sooo underrated & underestimated, sure he had his 15 minutes with Rebel Yell, but his Talent Far Exceeds that !!! his albums Whiplash Smile and CyberPunk are Great Bodies of Work ! PROPS Billy !!!
You should check out Idols album "Devils playground" from 2005. Its heavier than his other album, his album "Kings & queens of the underground" from 2014 also have a few heavier songs!
Sounds like Billy met his musical companion here. I mean, Tony gives each singer the freedom to say whatever the Hell they want to say and Billy went for it. I can just picture it in my mind. Tony telling him just say what you want to say. I don't give a fuck. I'll just match you musically. Whatever you say; I'll match it.
Absolutely Mindblowing!! WOW!! What a Great collaboration between Tony and Billy!! Just a fantastic song, I agree with so many of the other people on here this is absolutely one of the BEST songs I have ever heard Billy Idol sing. He totally fits the music and the atmosphere of this song and Tony is just as phenomenal as You would expect. GREAT SONG, OUTSTANDING JOB BILLY!!!😊🤘
First time hearing this day and I got to say I LOVE it! It's cool hearing something new from Billy Idol. I agree. Billy totally ought to make a metal album. Been a fan of both of these legends for years.
This is such a great tune. You're gonna laugh at me for saying this but you know what it reminds me of, a little bit? Samhain/Danzig. Obviously I'd never claim that any of Glenn's guitarists are as good as Iommi, and I wouldn't compare the respective charms of Idol or Danzig, but the overall gothic-hard-rock tone of this one kind of smacks of that classic mid-to-late 80s period of Glenn's career.
It reminds me a third Danzig record from 1992, where they went for more Sabbath related riffage and an epic feel. I do like Glenn, but Billy out-Danzig the Danzig here, he is even more expressive and versatile in his natural arsenal. Both of them draw from the darker side of Elvis to shamanic Jim Morrison scale, but Idol is even more a wicked force of nature, and it makes me sad to think he missed his metal train and metal world missed him in projects like this, except this rare single occasion.
Billy idol tem uma poderosa extensão vocal para cantar metal e arrasar afinal ele é o rei sempre visionário e revolucionário idol sensacional amo para sempre😎👏💪❤❤
"Into The Night" lyrics Billy Idol Lyrics "Into The Night" And you say you wanna live forever And you've got all the time to kill And you're living in the dark forever In your own little private hell I wanna rule this world I wanna walk the night I wanna bleed this girl Wanna shake it all night till the morning light I wanna lead this world I wanna wake the dead And all the undead souls who walk the night Are you sure you're so clean and pure As you lie here in front of me now And you're tempting the lord of darkness As you see what's forbidden to see I wanna rule this world I wanna walk the night I wanna bleed this girl Wanna do it all night till the morning light I wanna rule this world I'm gonna wake the dead And all the undead souls who walk the night Oh yeah you know it's true Yeah you yeah When people say I'm from the underworld Every kind of sin you best belive it girl You come on over here from the other side Come back to hell it's warm inside I sleep through the day coz I'm into the night I wanna through the day coz I live through the night I sleep through the day coz I'm into the night I wanna through the day coz I live through the night Yeah you I wanna rule this world, yeah I'm gonna walk the night I wanna rule this world I wanna rule this night And all the undead souls I wanna wake the dead I wanna get you girl I'm gonna rule this world It's gonna be alright Yeah
Billy Idol's voice sounds similar to Jim Morrison's in places in this song. It's very dark like Jim Morrison too. I don't know if it sounds alot like the doors, but I can get someone who thought that it might sound like something Jim could've done.
wait Only pure water from the heart of the Amazon rainforest and some wonderful fruits that have already I just need to find out where the crystal clear water a pure Indian should know where to find. where to find an Indian without poison our cities?
@@tomgiddens2963 well you must be tone deaf than to not think it sounds like a danzig song, because its very Danzig style & would fit Danzigs voice way better then Billy idol
