Here’s the problem - or a problem. Tony wants to increase eyes on the brand, but the only people who thought the TK Driver segment was any good are the people who already watch AEW. The ratings plummeted this week, and Tony being a goof during the NFL draft isn’t going to make mainstream viewers, who AEW need to grow, want to watch Dynamite. Or Collision. Or Rampage. I thought Pat McAfee making fun of Tony was hilarious.

It's funny. A couple of days BEFORE Tony went on NFL Network to spew his vile, I got a video recommended to me which featured a young Ariel Helwani interviewing Paul Heyman. When Ariel asked "How does it feel to work for Vince?, Paul said (to paraphrase) that Vince lives in his own little world. His own bubble. Here we all are now, Vince is gone and Tony lives in his own world. How he hasn't been sued by Pepsi and WWE right now for defamation is nothing short of a miracle. Tony really needs to shut up and focus on his product. This was embarrassing!

At this point I don't care if Tony Khan takes shots at the WWE. Him taking shots at the WWE isn't affecting any of our lives. The WWE fans and people that work in the WWE have been taking shots at him one way or another since he came into the wrestling business. So I don't care what Khan says about the WWE or how many times he does it. People say he needs to worry about his company. Then the WWE fans shouldn't worry about a company they said is for a niche audience and caters to only hardcore fans but WWE fans still do it. I'm sure the WWE will have some future shots towards Tony Khan and AEW. But the WWE fans will try to excuse the shots from WWE "oh they didn't even say their name or mention anyone by name"
