In America or the west you can’t leave your under age child unattended for even a split second else the police would be knocking at your door and you’d eventually or possibly loose your child. You are not even crazy enough to carry a child in a vehicle without a child carseat… African governments especially Gambia it’s sad they’re literally just there to earn salaries… they aren’t serving the people instead the people’s coffers serve them
