I see a lot of people bashing this highlighter,but I don't think this was ever meant to be a super metallic highlighter. This is more of a natural,glossy highlighter and I have a feeling that if you apply them with fingers it gets even more glossy. Really liked your review 😉

Yes you was right! I have to use different brush to get some product I used ABH highltlier brush and nothing happened lol I almost return the product. That why I keep buy once in while different brush. So I can find the right one for the product.

I'm so glad I seen this video. You're the only one who knew all about the formula and how to get the best wear of it. I just bought this and was kind of disappointed since many reviews said it wasn't worth it. I cannot wait to try it 😊
I think you are the only person who actually likes these! I picked up blinded by the light to and even with a densely packed brush it applies poorly. It would have been nice if you could have zoomed in on your skin after aplication
I only really like blinded by the light. That's why I did a demo specifically in this video to show how well it shows up on my skin and applies. I'm pretty close to the camera as is, I was less than an arms length away, so I felt like you could see how it looked on the skin in a realistic setting (i.e. how close people typically are to you). How does the champagne one compare to Mary Lumanizor by the balm and the Starlight highlighter by Anastasia Beverley Hills? I already have both of those. I don't want to waste money on very similar products because the cute packaging sucks me in. That might be an idea for a dupe video. 😘
I'm not at home right now so going off memory, ML is a little more yellow tones and TF has more of a silver to champagne undertone. I think you are probably fine with either of those though and don't need this one! Thanks for watching and for the great idea :) xoxo
+Vanessa Daigle yeah depends which ones. For example Bobbi brown baked gelee formula is very very intense whereas my Dior glowing gardens is not as intense and more everyday wearable. Thanks for watching 😀
I think they are very pretty - I love the packaging BUT I am on highlight overload with all of the ones that have come out and are still continuing to come out. I just PERSONALLY do not need that many highlighters. I honestly have enough to last me a lifetime. Thanks for the review though - I just love watching makeup videos and reviews even if I know I will not purchase it just to see how the brands are doing overall.

Thank you so much for the sweet comment. They are just a different formula that either people will love or hate but you definitely have to know how to apply it and what brush to use. Rose life Believe me for my skin tone does not work, I'll return it... I think it only works if skin type is very white, because I am yellow skin.... the wet n wild highlighters work a thousand times better 🤔😑
Will this highlighter apply nicely over my TooFaced Cocoa powder foundation? or should I just stick with my Becca opal powder highlighter? Please let me know before I spend the 30 bucks, I'd really appreciate your feedback.

i was at sephora today to pick up some highlighters and i told myself only two!! i picked up the prismatic amethyst because honestly packaging alone, but also cause since i missed out on the rose gold i really wanted to get my hands on this one!!(i swatched it and it was really nice) i was looking around for a second one to pick up, and i was really trying to decide if i wanted these ones or the candlelight highlighters also by too faced (which i really want to pick up now), but i ended up getting the anastasia glow kit haha... tbh i was really disapointed when i swatched these.. the packaging is really pretty but i don't want to pay 30 bucks for packaging
They definitely do not swatch well I definitely agree. I find they apply much better on the face but only if you use a dense brush. You can't go wrong with the two that you bought though and you will love the amethyst highlighter. Thanks for watching love :) xoxox
