Quick b-bread recipe? Look no further: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease/flour a 9x4 inch loaf pan. Beat 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of brown sugar (not packed), and 1/4 cup of white sugar in a large bowl for 3-5 min. Add in 3-4 bananas, 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Then add 1 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 3/4 cup almond meal (sub flour if you don't have almond meal). Stir until combined and pour into the loaf pan. Bake about an hour until you can stick a knife in it and it comes out clean. Yum city. #MRTVtoomanycooks
