I think it's time for Gaijin to make something to change ammo type without having to fire on the ground. World of Tanks has it, Armored Warfare has it, and i think IRL a tank loader can safely unload the gun..
i use the f4e air to ground missiles in custom battles and i pretty much get kicked from almost every server, the missiles are so OP. id take it into ground realistic but i'm at bottom tier tanks bc usa is a damn beautiful struggle

Hey Hunter, top video! Can you please give me a short step by step info how to setup the controls for using the maverick missiles? My friend and me tried everything from binding a key for lock on ground targets, to select primary and secondary weapon and activate target point but i never managed to get a lock on tarket in camera view(monochrome view)??? Please help THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE
Hello my friend, try to do it without "Activate Target Point" button, use these buttons: 1- Switch secondary weapons button to select the missile 2- Fire secondary weapons button to lock on and to launch as well 3- Lock on air to ground missile button (To cancel the lock on if it wasn't good)

Hi Hunter, odd thing, after testing i found out that in third person view it will lock on target and fire! But if i switch to missile view(monochrome view) i am not able to lock on target.
Has anybody else experienced this bug where the ground lock/ AGM seeker immediatly turns off after activating? Whenever I turn on the seeker on my Mavericks in my F-4F it shuts off after a splitsecond. I know activated it because I the small green seeker square shows up in 3rd person view but it automatically shuts off after half a second. I tried different control setups and key bindings but to no success. Makes using Mavericks impossible for me.
It is not a bug, it seeks for half a second .. you must hover the sight on a target during this half a second, keep spamming it on a the target until you get the lock on, also you can use the fire button of missiles to lock on as well.
