So why was the kid giving this creature? TeethThere was no explanation of why the child was compelled to bring this thing teeth, how it had found the child or really any in depth explanation that would make this crappy story make sense

I collected all of my daughters baby teeth, she was paid handsomely for them, with glitter fairy dust and a thank you note in tiny fairy hand writting😂. my daughter loved her tooth fairy. when she got her wisdom tooth removed as an adult she asked me for $5 and she wrote me a thank you note, thanking me for her childhood fairy dusts. I cried realizing she's all grown up now. 😢

I like the addition of Fae folk Mythology into the story, but the leaps in logic is...less than stellar. The son's transformation details certainly SHOULD have given the MC a raise in concern, and yet seeing an extra joint in his fingers (which is a fairy thing) did not bother him at all. They could've been a lot more subtle with the references of the fairy elements; the part with the MC stating the legend of Changelings felt so ham-fisted, as well as how he just arrived at that theory altogether. It is quite ambitious to add Fae folklore, but again, it could have been better. Also, I would've liked the Fae monster more if he had a Rat like design, as that calls back to the European depictions of tooth fairies. But nope, we got dehydrated pic sidhe with insectoid wings again...

As many a ghost of tale can be spun through its many, many ghastly frights. Dullahans, Boggarts, Bug-a-boos, Nuckalavees, Kelpies, Cait-sidhes, and many more deserve a chance in the scene of horror! This one was really stupid What parent on earth would think that it's normal for a child to collect animal skulls, and then second, if your kid is collecting teeth, that is an immediate trip to the therapist or the priest. And this dad sounds like a real wuss himself. If you see some sort of thing crouching over your child at night, you 2 are supposed to be home alone. You whip out your firearm and make it unalive.I don't care if it's a mythical creature or the local crackhead, it stops breathing, and my kid stays safe. How about a little info on why the kid was so intent on giving this thing teeth? What hole did it had over him? What had he told the kid?It's just kid has to give monster teeth or else like that's stupid
