My old roommate asked me to rent a car for her. I told her no. I’m not renting a car for a friend let alone put a car in my name for them. She’s dumb 😂😂😂😂

The Defendant is trash. I can't believe he even had the nerve to file a countersuit. I'm sure the Plaintiff has learned a valuable lesson.

He was very inconsiderate, and inconsiderate of the favor she did to help him out. Her name was on the line and he offered nothing but excuses for not keeping him part of the bargain. Lesson learned for the both of them. He needs to do better. I hope he gets it together one day.

He's suing for insurance that he paid for but can't use. My experience is that insurance companies will refund you prepaid premiums pretty easily. If you switch providers, lower coverage, or cancel, they refund you pro rate to the date pretty easily. Is that everyone else's experience?

Don't drive alone on a permit that allows you to drive only with a licensed driver. Don't register cars for others. Don't get tickets on a car you shouldn't be driving anyway. Don't borrow money you never intend to pay back. Don't loan money to ANYONE unless you're able to kiss it goodbye forever because some people that you trust, you really shouldn't. Lots o bitter lessons to learn for both, but as long as they learn from the mistakes, then that's a good thing. *I wonder how they're doing currently (summer 24). 🤔

Did the defendant really believe that HE was wronged🤨🤔 "Know who to trust and not to trust." You're right! The plaintiff should have never trusted that someone without a license and the ability to put a car and insurance in their name would be responsible for anything that goes wrong.

Even after the verdict the defendant is blaming her for his screwups.

Listening to some of these young people makes me sad and wonder who is guiding and advising them. Clearly, the defendant is still very childish. Both he and the plaintiff are making poor decisions. 23, in my eyes, is not fully an adult. I hope they find someone in their lives who can help support their growth on their journey to adulthood.

I wouldn't even entertain this foolishness, she's in there laughing like any of this is funny. Insurance or not, most insurance companies will deny claims for willingly allowing unlicensed drivers to drive. Years ago my car was totaled when I was hit by an unlicensed driver, luckily I had good insurance.

I did exactly what he did. The car was $1,859 & I had $2,200 in my front pocket. They SOLD me the car & then told me I couldn’t even TOUCH the keys. 2 hours later I convinced one of them, to ride with me. So I called my mom on a random Tuesday & she just started her shift. She was upset😂😂😂😂 Had to add me to her insurance and they overcharged, & that took the rest of my next check. Now the car sitting, but my step dad used to ask to go places🖤💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💯💯💯 4 months of agony
