absolutely amazing run taking act 2 elites with under 10 hp. fascinating run looks like it would have worked extremely well as an apparitions / barricade deck as well, love when you can see multiple pathing options for success within the same run

@@mnadhil1932 honestly? it's because I look through the video to "discover" where the cards and relics are. Seek probably would've been a better fit for that since it lets you pick specific cards from your draw pile like I pick them from the video, but I wanted to use a colorless card, so Discovery fit the best!
i am really really enjoying the chad runs. the idea of the challenge is cool, and it seems like a cool way for you and we/me to learn more about each character with such a concentration of runs. as always, really dig the content!
Whiel Baalor usualy explains his thiughts very well, I am truly baffled by his decision in the shop at 4:27. In my mind, question card and offering are both amazing pickups, and it's better to spend the gold now so you can save the health later. Faced with great options, why did he choose to save his money? What was he hoping to see in that second shop which would be better than question card or offering?
With Dropkick + Flash of Steel (or double flash) on floor 2, i'd 100% run an infinite deck. You have the whole build on floor 2! All you need after that is a bit of exhaust, Rage and you're done for the run.
If I copy the seed (2RFH69L7A9VJ9) I get the same map but different starting choices and card rewards. Is this due to different mods messing up the seed?

This is because Baalor is using a mod called RngFix. The rng in Spire is predictable through correlations - This mod fixes that, removing the issue where optimal play means abusing the rng.
