wiseyman5 they did use to have 2 vocalists for We Are A Weapon but that was back while they were still based in Minnesota. one of the two singers left in the show that eneded up being their final Minnesota show for quiet awhile (the venue banned them after for being too violent, they were also banned from every other minnesota venue) then the second original singer (in this video) left after they had relocated to iowa. they are on their second vocalist since he left.

its called a cover and alot of bands do it. apparently dio liked it or there would not have been a music video because bands are not allowed to make videos for cover songs without permision of the original artist.
