I really love rek sai and would love to play her top, but in most situations Tahm just performs better. Pls change my mind as I really want to play rek sai top.
Most match ups just cannot deal with her healing now and she can just bail upon getting ganked. Hard match ups are mostly adcs on top. Other than that, you gotta adapt to all situations.
@@localdoggo5580 Feel like its kinda brutal, sett is hard matchup, jax outscales, illaoi e wrecks you, Kayle beats you mid and late a lot of good champs kinda body you as reksai. Ontop of the fact that your carry and splitpush potential is so low because you are just a health sponge, makes it very hard to justify playing her.
@@alp_altinok3828 Not gonna lie if you make her a bruiser top, the splitting potential is rather easy. It depends if your jungler rotates for grubs. Jax, Sett and Kayle as you said sure are hard match ups, but as long as you can deny them the farming it's gucci. Personally I've beat my lane vs those plenty of times, but may have ultimately lost from team dif.
Tahm is a wholly different way to play compared to Sai though, since he has E for sustain/shield and is a bulky stat checker. Reksai meanwhile is a pure bruiser with good mobility and wave clear. Not every game is the same but I suggest playing Grasp Reksai since I think the reason why your gameplay doesnt work is because you like to play a tank. Just be slow and dont engage, use her E to run away instead of fighting, trade, attack minions, heal, then trade again. Reskai isnt as deadly as Tahm Kench when he engages but she can wittle down a non mobile top laner pretty well under the right circumstances.
How do you feel about lethality Rek'sai right now? I personally think it's probably still fine, looking at her kit. She does so much damage, and lethality works well with high physical damage kits more so than high AD ratio kits. It especially makes her ult just better Garen ult
