I'm not a "tool' nut, my younger bro got me into 'em. Zep, Stones, Sabbath, Metallica, Our own ACCA DACCA etc etc. But I read here comments about Tool - musicians - and 'playing at festivals' and 'maybe not the right fit' Some bloke played at a festival once. He wasn't the 'right fit' either. The man's name? Jimi Hendrix. Wow. Muso's experiment, debut, play songs at festivals. Imagine being a young dude somewhere in the States who saw Hendrix in the early days, live and thinking 'ah nah good'. Wat would you think now? Books. Covers.
I wonder what Justin reaches down for just before the break starts. I'm sure he can do whatever he wants with his feet so maybe just had an inspiration to raise a volume or gain level? Yes I'm a Tool junkie I confess gladly.
@@bawse420 the lights dont match the emotion of the music. does anything about tool make you think neon green ? this is a setup and pre sets made for dj's not rock bands
@@thevanburenagency6664 They've been using blue and green lights for stinkfist for 25 years. Those colors are more associated with the song than any other.
Why? They're from LA, this fest was near LA. They've been around for 30+ years. They've been headlining arenas and festivals for decades. They're an odd pick because they are a lot more 'arty' than the rest?
@@sianspherica I guess it’s the type of rock they do. It’s not like the other bands it’s more dark. It has a different vibe to it like it’s not rock and roll but dark rock. It’s hard to describe
