I find each song on this album allow the listener(me) to experience some sort of insight in to something inside them that they weren't quite aware was buried deep down. I'm not quite sure if I can explain it very well other than for me personally, each individual song provides a really emotional response to come to the surface. In certain parts of Pneuma for example, I can literally feel my heart skip a couple of beats. TOOL has always had that affect on me that no other band in my 47 years of existence has ever had...just another masterpiece in their catalog of genius work.

Danny is by far the best drummer I've ever heard. Tool really knows how to put their music together! I can't wait for another album to come out!

Maynard’s vocals especially in this song are angelic like. Almost like a spiritual shaman that is taking you through your life’s inner evolution

The more that you zone-out and LISTEN to this track, the more your brain seems to unlock. My interpretation is that it is the musical or sonic equivalent of actually purging anything that is misleading or stressful from your mind and not allowing any of it to influence you anymore. I watched your first reaction and was curious what a 2nd listen would bring along with your wife's thoughts. Great reactions all around and we have but a few days left before the album releases. I'm not even high and I visioned a music video of a superior king toppling over at the end of the song when a fish swimmed into his pelvis. Causing the king to desinigrate and and cave in on itself. And the minions who worshipped him like a king working them to their death. Are finally set free. Again. I'm not even high yet. But that's what tool songs do to me. I wish their were music videos for every tool song on fear inoculum. But than again. The song creates one for me and it's just as magical as every other tool music video. So theirs that!
