Helpful suggestion! Buy name brand tools used. You have a higher chance of them being made in USA and you can clean rust off tools with vinegar to make them new.(check videos about rust cleaning with vinegar) Whatever else you cannot find used or cannot afford used, can be purchased at Harbor Freight new! Slowly build up the tools and keep them SAFELY stored, so you do not lose them to theft.
That is a huge tool investment. Consider the practical experience this guy amassed while accumulating all these tools. Consider why he keeps his tools so organized and clean. This demonstrates a very high degree of professionalism and competency. And people wonder why a professional automobile mechanic’s time costs so much? If you find a mechanic this organized and equipped, hire them. They are a bargain at twice their price.
Some people like myself and the narrator like everything to be organized and in easy to find fixed locations. But one thing I don't understand is the "socket drawer" containing all the sockets but no ratchets which are in another drawer. I organize by having three drawers, for 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch tools. Then the sockets and matching handles are together.
Unpopular opinion: but I like keeping my tools in they tray they were packaged in. I know, I know. Not space effecient at all but it keeps me organized
The plier organizers are snapon but a lot of people make the same ones. The other black trays and magnetic click in screwdriver holder are from Menards.
Why would u keep the crows feet and flare nut wrenchs in the front when you will use them the least for sure i use crows feet naybe once a year and then keep ratcheting and normal wrenchs in the back when you use them daily
Where did you get your organizer trays in the front of your socket drawer from? Looked all over internet for something that size and can’t find anything
That toolbox was $1,200 used on marketplace and lasted me decades. The new one was under $10k. So it’s not always full msrp. Sometimes there are sales and incentives.
I always got more done being organized than the guys next to me digging through a pile on their roll cart. My box was 2 ft in front of the vehicle 🤷♂️
that's how i know you guys are fake. any real craftsman's tool box is an amalgamation of lost, worn, replaced, and duplicated tools, likely built from the ground up. i'll give you both a 10 for organization, a 0 for credibility, and 0 for people i give an f about.
