@ 15:44 that's a brake piston return tool. You put it where the pads would go with the calliper in your hand and use the ratchet mechanism to retract the pistons. It's actually a great tool that'll save you time.
Yeah do yourself a favor and get a metric set of mountain long box end ratching flex head wrenches with the spline drive !! Freaking awesome and lots of leverage
If you own a Toyota, you'll probably only need the $30 tool kit from HF and their accessories, a makita xdt14z 1/2 impact and HF torque wrench. That kept me going for years until I got an Audi Q5 had to buy all sorts of tools
Hey Bud I look on EBay a lot for used Harbor Freight tools and I’ve seen boots on there , btw I’m a retired Woodworker by trade and some of the older Harbor Freight power tools are great clones of good shop power tools like the 14” bandsaws and some of the old HF stationary sanders used ? Sure why not pay half price if you can plus I have the time to look
The gray box with the extractors is a Maximum series from Canadian tire up in Canada. You should check out the Canadian tire tools, its pretty extensive.
There’s a outdoor gear/camping store called Cal Ranch in my town that just opened. Think REI mixed with an army surplus store mixed with Ace Hardware. Anyway they have a huge Tekton selection which is awesome. They’ve been making more and more made in USA stuff which I always like. They’ve sort of replaced Craftsman and SK for me. Prices aren’t bad for most tools too.
I have the exact same set up for storage, I bought every box on sale and I love them, mine are filled w/all craftsman and no cordless tools and I need more storage!, you have a nice collection of tools!.
Milwaukee m12 saw zaw. I could use that like a jigsaw I’m a surgeon with that bad boy. Finally went out when my father in law was using it to cut pipe under the house. Water got in it not sure what happened still need to replace it.
One drawer should be dedicated to special sockets , star bits, hex allen, etc. I dont like mixing them with regular everyday sockets, i have same us general I use one of the right hand drawers for the specials.
I had all my all of my snapon and matco tools stolen so I've been replacing them and I bought the earthquake 1/2 inch drive impact gun it's strong and works good. But truth be known t h e snapon is a better gun
@@tsautohobbies6957 I tried out the wrenches when they were first available and the metal was very soft so they came out of tolerance over time and no longer fit on that size fastener. However, this seems to have been remedied because there have been pretty much no complaints about them since then so you should have good luck with them.
Milwaukee has a lot of tools for different trades. Plumbers, electricians, construction, mechanics, etc. Just about every mechanic I know uses Milwaukee in some capacity.
