Although there lots of fun, meaningful, and expanding experiences during my time at Interfusion and while visiting friends in Virginia, I hadn’t been outside at all.
In a fit of frustration, realizing I was spiraling, I finally decided to go for a walk with no agenda. I took my camera “just in case,” knowing full well that I would likely record something. It took about half of my walk for me to calm down and feel like I was making any semblance in shifting my mood.
Then the insights began to pour in.
From keeping my chin up and the string of pearls to leveraging my unique “tools” that are actually helping, like talking to the camera.
