Man these are the good old days. I wish they would bring toonami back just like this. Even if they are old episodes, they are still 1000X better than what is one now days.
Both metroidman7 and I have these stored on an external hard drive so unless something happens to both of our hard drives, the videos should be safe and sound :)
No better time than to finally watch the show now. It is quite good after Season 1. Ignore the poor CG quality, this is a 1996 show. I find that it gives the show some eternal charm.
@ 4:47 One of the rare Toonami bumpers and promos ended with SARA v1 spinning around. They had that during the event of "The Intruder" after The Intruder destroys TOM's first body when SARA was introduced as co-host of Toonami. Some people may thought that SARA was replacing TOM as host full time, but TOM's mind was sent to a new, taller, darker, slimmer and more muscular body and still continued on as host.
Make sure you have 2 seperately kept solid hash codes for the video compared to it's maximum quality, and have the files occasionally screened over with those hashes to check for file damage, and have any detected damage be overwritten with any undamaged copies. Also, make sure that there is another one outside of that failsafe system in case it... well, fails, and to also install Faraday cages and shock absorbent gel casings to ensure that there will be no concussory or electromagnetic damage.
Slim, I am hoping fervently you have these videos backed up properly and in a secure location. This is a rare glimpse into the golden years of Toonami that will never return.
Toonami should go back to being weekdays from 4-7 instead of just 1 day out of the week. And give it another new look. Tom is fine and the ship too, but everything else needs a change.
@Dragcoon64 Yeah! SM and DBZ were the core of Toonami's lineup for a GOOD while. I think if Toei didn't get anal about SM being in the states, we would've seen SM being on Toonami for more than it was. DBZ got massive popular within moments of them adding it, and SM was already a well known and respected addition that had it's first newly dubbed episodes since 1995-7, so they just built everything else around them. Personally, them moving Toonami to Sat. only kind of killed it's momentum.

There's a anime I'm looking for that was on toonami but I think they did couple episodes and I don't remember the name of it. It's about a little a little girl that found a ancient artifact from her parents that made her an adult and she can grow and fight kaiju in the city I believe. it's definitely ecchi because she wears like leafs bones bikini top and skirt like she's a from a tribe
